What we do with your details
Short version: we use what you send to contact you about a demo. We do not sell it.
What we collect
When you submit the demo request form, we collect your name, venue name, suburb, venue type, phone number, email address, what you need and any message you write.
Why we collect it
To call or email you back about POS and online ordering, and to prepare a demo that suits your type of venue. That is it. We do not sell your details or add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in our secure hosted database and are only readable by Need2Eat. We keep them while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records.
Third parties
If you become a customer, we work with the platform vendors (PushPOS, CloudWaitress) and your chosen payment provider to set your systems up. We share only what is needed to do that work.
Access and deletion
Ask us for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to delete it, and we will. Email [email protected] or call 0458 627 767.
